Let the peaceful sounds of waterfalls and birds chirping relax you as you stay at this lovely home apartment. Share in the terraced backyard of crystal clear waterfalls and ponds. Sit in the midst of natures happy sedating sounds and let your stress wash away. Enjoy comfort in every room with its light and bright decor&views of the lake and pond. Has a stocked kitchen of appliances for your gourmet side or bakers sweet tooth. In winter it’s cozy with skiing 30 min away. (One dog only, NO CATS) The space The space: Come in your own entrance In this lovely home walkout apartment, with its 9 foot tall ceilings and plenty space to spread out. Our goal is to make you feel cozy and right at home here. It has its own marble themed kitchen stocked with the necessities for daily cooking. The Master has a comfortable pillow top queen mattress and a small desk to work at if needed, an armoire and two nightstands. The second bedroom has a comfortable padded full mattress with bedside table, a dresser and partial walk in closet. The Living room is an open concept with the kitchen attached and has two super comfy sofas (that can be slept on too) with plenty of space for you to sit and chill while you watch your shows on the large TV. The full bathroom has a tub shower combo and lots of shelves for your things. In additional there is hall of cabinets with lots of storage and shelves with plugs for charging your devices right next to the stacked full size washer and dryer. RULE: One dog only and NO CATS EVER! Cats will put me in the hospital. Shared HVAC system will send dander into air in main home! Note: - The apartment is a lower walkout floor apartment (9 foot ceilings and backyard view windows), it has a side yard private entrance with its own private patio. Because it is the lowest floor you may hear occasional footsteps. Although we try to be very considerate! Guest access The whole two bedroom walkout home apt is your private space in this upper and lower duplex type home. The owners reside in the home above. You will have a private patio and entrance. The larger back yard with pond and waterfalls are a shared space so you may meet the owner couple as they tend to the water gardens. Other things to note NOTE: There is a pet fee of $90 that must be paid before occupancy if you have a dog. NOTE: Only “request reservation” if you have Airbnb reviews. Or can provide personal recommendation from a reputable source. And only have one dog that is completely house trained, no cats please. Need to know: The lake is a 15 min walk with a park to play at. Or you can drive 5 min to the small marina for a walk. If you want to use our kayaks you will need a truck to transport them to the pelican bay launch area 5 min drive away.
