The property faces south west with sun shine in the morning to the rear kitchen and lounge and then the bedroom in the afternoon / early evening. The apartment was built recently - all rooms are clean and freshly painted. Guests working during their stay have the option of a comfortable office chair and are able to sit at the kitchen table alongside power points and access to high speed Wi-Fi. Guests staying for two nights or more are able to enjoy the summer house. Please help yourself to drinks from the bar (there’s an honesty box). Please just give us a little notice to make sure we don’t have anything on with our family. Thank you to all guests for not smoking in the apartment. Guest access Parking on a quiet, private road. On approaching the house, the apartment has its own private entrance to the right hand side. The key is located in a key safe. In addition to complete privacy inside, guest have peace and quiet with clean and tidy patios leading to well cared for gardens. Other things to note During the winter months, to ensure the comfort of our guests we will maintain the apartment at a temperature that is warm and cosy. There is a Hive controller in the apartment for guests wishing to boost the heating. The property is on a quiet, private road and guests are able to park right outside the front gate and pathway.
