Garden room in a beautiful grade 2 listed cottage

A bright and spacious ground floor room, with beautiful views over our cottage garden. Located in the picturesque village of Ovingdean, just a stones throw from Brighton. Stunning countryside walks and the beach are on our doorstep. The space Our home is a 200 year old grade 2 listed cottage, full of character and charm. Filled with nooks and crannies and wooden beams - it is a truly unique and wonderful place to live! Your bedroom is a light and spacious room located on the ground floor of our home, with beautiful views over our garden. The room includes a comfortable double bed, bedside table, reading lamp, desk, shelves, clothes rail, DAB radio, hairdryer and large oak mirror. Our ground floor bathroom is located next door to your room, which has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. We have our own en-suite bathroom upstairs, so you will have use of these facilities to your self. Faith in Nature shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with fresh towels are provided. You are welcome to make tea and coffee, store items in the fridge and prepare food in our cottage kitchen. My husband Dan and I work from home so will be sharing the kitchen and communal areas with you. You are welcome to enjoy our beautiful garden and back yard, both of which have outdoor seating areas. Guest access Access to your bedroom is through our living room on the ground floor. During your stay We work from home most days so are often around to offer any help and recommendations you may need. We love meeting new people and are always happy to chat. However we completely respect your privacy and if you're looking for some nice peace and quiet we're perfectly happy to leave you to it! We will always do our best to make you feel at home. Other things to note We do not have a spare parking space at our house but there is ample free local parking available approximately 1 minutes walk from the house. Please note that the listing is for a single occupant. Although the room is a double, as our home and communal areas are quite small, and Dan and I both work from home, we found with two guests it felt too crowded. However it is perfect for one guest with plenty of space to enjoy. *Please note that some of the older reviews mention a single attic room, where as our current listing is for our ground floor double garden room. This was a different room that we previously let and we have since updated the listing.
