Le Clos Saint Augustin Gîte Consists of 3 bedrooms all equipped with TV, bathroom or shower room with private toilet. In the heart of a charming little quiet village located in Broglie, with shops nearby bakery, butcher, pharmacy, Lidl supermarket. Also close to many hiking trails, GR 24, greenway and water garden. Located 10 minutes from Bernay, where you will find an SNCF train station, a swimming pool, a golf course, a movie theater, etc., and 1 hour from Deauville and Honfleur. The space On the ground floor, entrance to the very bright living room thanks to its triple exposure and its many openings: warm living room with leather furniture, comfortable dining area facing the garden and functional kitchen very well equipped. A double bedroom with 160 x 200 bed that opens onto a small nice covered terrace; private shower room and separate toilet with sink. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms with parquet flooring and slightly sloping ceilings, each with a private shower room or bathroom and toilet as well as a dressing area; in the 1st, 160 x 200 double bed, 1 extra single bed, and in the second, double bed and extra single bed. The garden is enclosed and just for you (about 150 m2) with terrace: relaxation furniture and dining area. The house is attached to the owners' home, but very independent. You're coming with your baby! To avoid you emptying the entire trunk of your car, we can set up a baby bed in your room with a mattress, fitted sheet, small blanket.
