This is our new 40ft destination trailer. It has full-size stainless steel appliances. Couch turns into a second sleeping area, even has two heated massage recliners to watch your favorite TV shows or enjoy the flickering fireplace. The private room has a separate entrance, its own AC, a king-size bed, TV and lots of storage if needed The loft can be set up for sleeping, storing your luggage, or a separate place for the kids to hang out. We love fur babies, but at this location, NO PETS or animals are allowed Parking is on the street, first come basis Going to the beach or park? We got you covered! Towels, blankets, cooler, picnic basket, etc. are available for use *PLEASE NOTE: LONG TERM GUEST We have fully stocked our trailer with the basic consumable necessity, for approx 1 week. After 7 days, guest will need to purchase their own necessities and supplies. Parking is on the street, first come basis The side gate entrance leads to the trailer. There is a door and glass slider to access the trailer. Other things to note Our yard is shared but open to you to enjoy a meal, play a game of Jenga, or just relax under the lights at night during your stay. **The trampoline is not part of the amenities due to insurance issues also please DO NOT cook or roast anything over the fire pits.
