The space Villa Santa Lucia is a traditional and welcoming property that accommodates 6 + 3 guests, making it ideal for families and groups seeking a peaceful setting close to Albufeira’s vibrant areas. The open plan living and dining room is bright and inviting, providing a pleasant space for relaxing moments throughout the stay. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom that supports this area of the house. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub that complements this floor and ensures comfort for all guests. The kitchen is located on the ground floor, is fully equipped and offers convenience for preparing meals during the stay. Outside you can enjoy well kept gardens, a large shared pool with a bar and a barbecue area that is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments. Villa Santa Lucia is located within the Villa Alba complex, very close to the lively Strip, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and the beautiful beaches of Albufeira. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
