The flat is ideally located close to the historic Liverpool Cathedral (5 mins walk), Baltic Market (5 mins), Albert Dock and M&S Bank arena (15 mins) making it easy to plan your visit to Liverpool. It is situated within a quiet, gated community with private parking. Giving you much needed rest and peace of mind whilst exploring the city. This light and airy flat features 2 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, open space dining/living area with a sofa bed. The space Living/lounge area: A large 50” smart TV with free access to Netflix, Prime Videos and other entertainment channels. Large sofa bed that can be converted to sleep one or two persons. Kitchen/dining area: A dining table that seats four with chairs. Two extra fold up dining chairs can be found in the storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine (detergent pods available). Electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, a standalone fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and a kettle. All kitchen essentials such as plates, mugs, glass tumblers, wine glasses and cutlery are available. Kitchenware pots and pans are also available for cooking. Bedroom 1: Double bed (135cm x 190cm) with side tables and a lamp. A box of tissue and a small pedal bin are available. There is a wardrobe for guests to hang their clothes. Bedroom 2: Small double bed (120cm x 190cm) with a side table and a lamp. There is an open space clothes storage available with clothes hangers. A box of tissue and a small pedal bin are available also. Bathroom: A shower over bath with shower curtain. Toilet and a large mirror with wash basin equipped with hand wash and hand towel. Body wash and shampoo are available. Hairdryer and towels are available to use. Storage room: Other items can be found in the small storage room: iron and iron board; clothes drying racks; broom stick and dustpan; mop and mop bucket; and two extra fold up dining chairs. Guest access The flat requires the use of staircase. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire flat for the duration of their stay. We have one parking bay, if guests need access to an extra parking bay, please let us know. Other things to note This is not a party flat, as it is a residential flat, please be mindful of other residents in the building. Please keep noise level to the minimum after 22:00. Check in is from 15:00 onwards and check out is 11:00. Our cleaners will arrive shortly after 11:00 to begin cleaning for next guests. Should you wish to have early check in or late check out, please notify us in advance as it subjects to availability. Late check out fee may apply.
