23 m2 studio, comfortable and quiet, adjoining our house. It is located on the heights of a charming Burgundian village and has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Parking is available. The space Inside, you have a double bed (140 x 190 ), TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchenette (1 fire induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, filter coffee maker), bathroom with toilet (hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo). Linens are provided.   Outside, in the area reserved for you in front of the studio, you have a table with 2 chairs, an electric plancha, garden chairs, and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. BBQ grill is available upon request. The pool can be used by guests, but access is granted as a courtesy and is not included in the price of the accommodation. Please use it for occasional swimming only. Sunbathing, meals, naps, or long periods of relaxation around the pool are not allowed.
