23 m2 studio, comfortable and quiet, adjoining our house. It is located on the heights of a charming Burgundian village and has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Parking is available. The space Inside, you have a double bed (140 x 190), a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette (1-burner induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine), and a bathroom with toilet (hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo). Linen is provided.   Outside, in the area reserved for you in front of the studio, you have a table with 2 chairs, an electric plancha, garden chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sun. A barbecue is available on request. The pool can be used by guests, but access is granted as a courtesy and is not included in the price of the accommodation. Please use it for occasional swimming only. Sunbathing, meals, naps or long periods of relaxation around the pool are not permitted.
