You will have full access to our guest suite that includes a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, full kitchen complete with all cooking essentials, 1.5 baths, partially-fenced private backyard, and a small patio area. This home also includes parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The space has lots of windows and an open layout so it feels very spacious while also retaining those coziness vibes. We've called this lovely space home for the past two years and are excited to share it with you! In the living room, you'll find a large and comfy reclining couch, 65' smart TV w/ Netflix access, and an assortment of games and puzzles. With numerous windows and an open layout, it feels spacious yet has all the comforts of a smaller, cozier living room. The full kitchen opens to the living room and is stocked with all your kitchen essentials; including toaster, water kettle & Nutribullet. Located off the kitchen is a convenient half bath w/pocket door. You’ll love the extensive counter space that rivals most modern home kitchens. Two can cook together with ease in this spacious kitchen. Right off the living room is the bedroom with a firm but plush king-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bath. Like the rest of the space, this bedroom is open and bright. The full bath is large and private, yet accessible from the rest of the space. The office space is accessed through the bedroom and is equipped with a desk and chair to accommodate your remote work needs. It is also located next to the router if an ethernet connection is needed. Our entire home is serviced by 300mbps internet. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the utility room located off the office. We love our home and hope you will too! Please reach out if you have any questions! A short 10 minute walk gets you to Twin Brothers Lake - a surprisingly refreshing escape to nature with great walking trails. We are a 5 minute drive from downtown Tucker and many great food options. Less than 10 mins away is Tucker Brewing Company, an award winning brewery with a nationally ranked beer garden. We have several grocery stores nearby, including Kroger, Walmart, Aldi, and Target. We are also well located with easy access to multiple highways, allowing you to get just about anywhere in Atlanta within 30 mins. Getting around Atlanta from our home is best done by car. However, there is a bus stop at the intersection of Lawrenceville Highway & Cooledge Road, a short .7 mile walk along newly added sidewalk We are pet friendly! There is a $25 pet fee for each with a maximum of two pets allowed. However, please note that while the backyard is private, it is only partially fenced. We all love to cuddle with our pets so we’ve allowed pets onto the bed, but if your pet will be relaxing with you on the couch, please make sure to keep the couch covered with the blanket that we’ve draped over it. Please clean up after your pup before you leave (inside and outside). Extra fees will be charged for any damages or excessive hair/dirt. Please note you will be sharing a driveway and wall in the office with residents of the attached main house. Please be respectful and read house rules prior to booking!
