Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable and unique gnome home. All the fun of a traditional camping experience with the bonus of a cozy full size bed for two. Edge of the Wilderness,llc is 43 acres of woodlands and streams in Piscataquis County. We are located minutes from Sebec Lake and the Bowerbank boat landing and right on the ATV access route, you can travel to many surrounding locations and trails. The space This is a tiny 7x10 foot structure with a mid height of 5'8". It offers a comfy full size bed for two people and room for your belongings. It sits in a wooded area with access to the ATV trails as well as many opportunities for hiking. Sebec Lake is only a short distance away for water sports and fishing. There is a fire pit as well as a charcoal grill for cooking. No water, electricity or heater on property. A porta-potty (professionally cleaned weekly) is available for guests . Water can be accessed at the Town Hall outdoor spigot. Other things to note A porta-potty is available for guests. A solar outdoor bag shower is available. All drinking water must be supplied by guest. Access to an outdoor water spigot is available at the Bowerbank Town Hall down the road. For late Fall guests, the gnome home is not heated so please plan accordingly.
