This quiet little neighborhood is perfect for long walks and the attached patio welcomes you to enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds. Enjoy a tranquil stay that is located close to everything!! Age Limit min 25yrs. Absolutely NO parties. The space Open concept from kitchen to living room. 2 Bedroom with queen size beds in each room. All linens are provided for your stay. Each room has a smart TV with streaming available. Local channels are not supplied. 1 bath with a walk-in shower a rainfall shower head and a hand held wand. Excellent shower pressure! All blinds are remote controlled and the one in the living room is motorized. Shared washer and dryer in the laundry room. Laundry Room is shared with other guests in the other duplex. Please be courteous and get your laundry in a timely manner. Door access to the laundry area is in the House Manual.This property is located very close to all areas of Charleston and I-526 and I-26 are easily accessible. There are restaurants w/in walking distance. Home Team BBQ, Taco Barista, Salt n' Battered, Swig n' Swine, Tex Mex 1 and Charleston Beer Garden. Guest access There is a keyless entry. Code is given the day of arrival. Other things to note Parking is free and is located in the back of the house. Circular shared drive. Absolutely No Parties or Unauthorized overnight guests.
