Pool! Best location! Steps to water! kid friendly

This is paradise! You'll fall in love with this gem of a neighborhood right on the water. Not much car traffic going by. Sunrise/sunset everyone's out for a stroll with the kids or dogs. Grab your coffee and walk along the waters edge, you may spot the manatees and dolphins. So peaceful and quiet but can walk to amazing cafe's restaurants on Biscayne blvd. Fun feature are a outdoor shower & tub, tree swing and pool with shallow play/lounge area. Feel free to use the peloton in the office. The space Home has mid century modern charm. Sunken living room, exposed beams on ceiling, and partially covered large wooden deck in backyard are the key features. Our style is comfy and clean! The couch is super cozy like laying in a cloud. We have a reverse osmosis home water filter, with a spout at the kitchen for unlimited water refill. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private master bathroom, the 2nd room has queen bed and a private half bath, and the kids room has 3 twin beds and a bathroom. In the backyard is a pool with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and covered dining area with a 7ft tub to take a hot bubble bath. We think on our past guests William's review says it all... "If you're seeking a tranquil escape with easy access to Miami, this is the ideal stay. The house is on a very quiet dead end street just minutes away from a bayside park with breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful neighborhood lined with large trees which added to the charm and tranquility of the home. What was great was even though the house is in a quiet neighborhood, the house is only about a 5 min or so walk to the commercial street, Biscayne Blvd, where there are great cafes and shops. But what we really loved was the outdoor area. It felt like our own private paradise with the pool and outdoor shower and soaking tub. We ate all of our meals in the spacious outdoor dining area, an experience that truly connects you to the tropical essence of Miami. Inside, a spacious and tastefully furnished house provides a welcoming haven. We loved cooking up meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend the home."
