My spacious 35m² studio, located on the 2nd floor on the courtyard, will warmly welcome you during your Parisian stays. Ideally located, you will find yourself in the heart of a lively and trendy area, only 10 minutes walk from Montmartre. Multiple shops, bars, restaurants will make your stay more pleasant. Line 4 of the subway is just a few steps away and will take you quickly to the most central places in Paris. The space The flat is composed of a large living/dining room, a night part separated from the living space by a closet; a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine); a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet on the landing. You can also enjoy a large balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. Other things to note I live in the apartment, so I have my stuff stored, I expect travelers to take care of them.
