Pleasant townhouse with free parking

Hello , my name is Jerome and I was born in Cholet . I am 48 years old , married and a father of 3 children . I'm a artisan mason and a real estate developer. I love to travel and on these trips I'm used to renting via airbnb … so that's why I've imagined and built this house that I've adapted for work colleagues as well as for families or groups of friends who like me love clean , well-placed and suitable places to have a good time . The space Each room has a double bed, dressing room, desk, USB outlets, bathroom with Italian shower, toilet and sink with mirror . The common area is large and has a table with extension cords to eat for 12 people + bar areas with stools , all open to a large unoverlasted terrace( the terrace also has its dining area ( with a large table with chairs ) . A crib and a crib are available in the accommodation in addition to the 5 double beds. Linens and towels are provided . In addition , we do the cleaning ourselves upon your departure ( no company ) , hence the fee reduced to 49 euros . In return, we ask you to keep the accommodation clean and to lower the sheets and bath linens to the lingerie level when you check out ( thank you for your understanding😀) . Finally , prices are discounted if you rent multiple days (from 10% for 3 days to 25% for the week and 50% for the month ) . Otherwise there is also parking available on the street (free parking) Other things to note The accommodation is 25 minutes' drive from the Puy du Fou . 10 minutes' walk from the Thales factory , and 8 minutes' walk from the main square of the city ( Place Travot )
