The static buses have been kitted out with comfy beds, sofas and fires but still have all the characteristics of a bus. We guarantee children (and adults) will spend endless amounts of time sitting in the driver's seat. The space The central point of our site is the kitchen bus, otherwise known as 'BOB'. Here you can choose to cook up your meals in the company of other guests, enjoy some warmth on the chilly Scottish evenings or play board games late into the night, in the canteen style upper deck. Our wonderful planet and open green spaces are of utmost importance to us at The Bus Stop, with this in mind we have considered the environment throughout our site. All our electricity is supplied by solar power, the wood for our hot tubs and stoves is all sourced locally, each bus has it's own composting toilet, our furniture is all re-purposed or vintage, recycling stations are located at each bus and most obviously the buses themselves have been given a new lease of life. We are constantly working to review and improve our environmental credentials with the support of our guests.
