Schwanenburg Apartments at Helios Klinikum - Apartment 38: The apartment (27 sqm) has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a small kitchen area, a kitchenette in the entrance area and a bathroom. Supermarkets, bakery and drugstore are nearby. Parking and Wi-Fi (for surfing/emails, no streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. A bus stop is in front of the house. Other things to note Current note: Due to renovation work on the elevator and the parking lot, there is currently construction noise in our facility on weekdays between 9 am and 6 pm, on Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm.  Affected are especially the apartments 12, 13, 35, 46, 47  by the work on the elevator, as well as the apartments 13-19 by the work on the parking lot. We apologize for the construction noise and ask for your understanding that this work must be done. Thank you.
