It comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with 1 sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is a big shopping centre (Glades) that’s 10 minutes walk. The high street, train station (Bromley south, which takes you into London), supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk. Local shops & park less than 4 minutes walk. The space Enjoy a ground floor high spec flat all to yourself with 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen and a jacuzzi bathroom. Our guests will also enjoy one free parking space. Living room is spacious with a dining table of 4, a smart TV and sofa bed. Newly fitted kitchen with all appliances including induction hob, washer/ dryer, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave-oven, kettle and toaster. Central heating, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarms. We have a smart alarm system with motion sensors installed but it’s always switched off during guest stays. We kindly ask our guests not to activate it, as it sounds the alarm and will take a snapshot for safety. Travel cot bed available. We also have a single mattress for guests to use.
