One bedroom annex over three floors +garden.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. We only accept bookings from people who are staying and have been verified by Airbnb, not from people on behalf of someone else. The space We have one king size bed. We no longer have a sofa bed. We have a travel cot, high chair and safety gate, which you need to request at the time of booking but there is no extra charge for this equipment. We provide milk, bread, butter, eggs and preserves for your first breakfast. There is tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oils and vinegars available too. You have full access to the garden although we store chairs and benches inside during autumn and winter. Guest access We live in the main house attached to the annex. We will be around if you need any help or advice. The annex is completely self contained with its own entrance. There is a lockbox and the code is available 24hours before your arrival. This would only be needed if we are going to be out when you arrive, generally we try to meet our guests. The listing is in an old property with staircases not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. There are two places on the stairs where very tall people would have to duck. No pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed inside the property or anywhere outside in the garden or driveway. Other things to note We have a stair gate, high chair and travel cot available but please request this at the time of booking.
