Shared Access and Important Information 🔹 The main entrance to the property and the garden are shared spaces between the upper-floor villa and a separate apartment located on the ground floor. 🔹 The downstairs apartment is rented separately and is not included in the rental of the villa unless explicitly requested and confirmed. 🔹 The rooftop terrace (solarium) is for the exclusive use of the villa guests. ➡️ Please note: If the downstairs apartment is occupied, guests of the villa may share the main entrance and garden with other guests. Flexible Accommodation for Larger Groups Upon request, the ground-floor apartment—suitable for up to 3 additional guests—can be rented together with the villa. You are welcome to use all areas of the house, including the relaxation zones. Please note that the garden is shared with the apartment on the lower floor.
