Take a fun road trip from Metro Manila to our fully air-conditioned and furnished home inside the Royal Northwoods Golf & Country Club! Play golf or have a basketball game with family and friends. The entire house with its two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen will be available exclusively to our guests when you want to unwind after a fun, energetic day. We also have parking spaces right beside the house for your convenience. Come visit us for an exciting getaway! The space - Our spacious and fully air-conditioned house is perfect for big and small groups. You will have privacy throughout your whole stay as the whole house will only be rented out to one group at a time. - Our house is inside the compound of the Royal Northwoods Golf & Country Club. This is perfect for golfers who want a good place to stay in after a round or two of golf! Our guests will be able to access both the golf course and a driving range - Lots of activities are available for non-golfers as well! We have free facilities like the basketball court, the beach volleyball court, the obstacle course, and the beach. - While indoors, we have a television unit and a living room should you want to stay in. 
 - Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and cooking basics for those who want to cook. We also have a microwave for those who want to bring and reheat food. We have a dining area where small and big groups can gather and share meals. - We have parking slots right beside the house for guests who are bringing their own cars. - The Northwoods Country Club is still currently closed. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, which includes the common area (living room and dining room), the kitchen, the two bedrooms, and the three bathrooms. For those with more than four guests, extra floor mattresses are available for use. You will also have access to the parking space right beside the house. Other things to note Since our staff will be coming to Metro Manila to meet you, we will need ample time before your check-in and check-out to schedule your arrival into our home. As much as possible, we cannot accommodate arrivals at night or very early morning because of this. However, we may discuss an ideal meet-up time for the key turnover. Here are the costs for the golf club (per person): Driving Range - PHP50 Green Fee (Local Residents) - PHP1300 (weekdays), PHP2000 (weekends) Green Fee (Foreigners) - PHP3000 (weekdays), PHP3300 (weekends)
