Guest access Guests have full access to the villa, outdoor areas, vineyard, swimming pool, BBQ area, and garden. The property is semi-detached, however guests enjoy full privacy, and their stay is not affected by other residents. Guests are welcome to walk through the vineyard, relax outdoors, and explore the surrounding nature at their own pace. Weddings can be hosted at the property only upon prior arrangement. In case the booking is intended for a wedding, an additional wedding fee applies, which is requested separately after communication with the host. Please note that weddings or related arrangements are not included in a standard accommodation booking and must be agreed in advance. Other things to note Free parking available. Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. The property shares walls with neighboring units, but guests enjoy full privacy.
