A space with a bright and relaxing atmosphere that takes us back to the history of the building and introduces us to the other rooms of the house: A large and cozy living room-kitchen, with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed, also available for overnight stays for any guests, and a super-equipped kitchenette; a double bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet, from which you can access a bathroom with a dressing room. The bedroom and dressing room can also be accessed directly from the garden. The open spaces consist of a small and lovely embellished garden, with a green lawn framed by essences of the Mediterranean scrub, which is overlooked by a charming loggia. From the loggia, through a convenient flight of stairs, you can access a terrace where you can hang your clothes, but also enjoy a little sun while comfortably seated in an armchair. The Lentischio hedges limit the property, ensuring a minimum of privacy. Guest access The entire main entrance from the street to the space divided by the hedges is accessible to guests. The garden with the green lawn and the white apartment on the ground floor are at guests' complete and exclusive disposal. These spaces also include a small terrace that can be accessed via a flight of stairs. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with a small safe for storing documents and valuables. The apartment does not have internal parking, but free parking is available on adjacent streets. In periods with low temperatures, you can warm up with the warmth of the large wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the magical atmosphere of this environment, comfortably lying in the living room.
