Wake up to the sounds of the waves in this ocean front oasis. Home offers 3 levels, each floor offering magnificent views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Lg sundeck on 2nd floor perfect for sunbathing. Home has been tastefully decorated and remodeled with all new furniture, fixtures, and much more. Home offers private beach access. Close to Starbucks, many restaurants, ice cream shop and only a 7min drive to Downtown Melbourne. There’s a 2nd unit attached to this property that also rents. The space The “fourth bedroom” is a bonus room on the third floor. It can sleep 2 guests on a pullout sofa. Staircase to this room is very narrow and not suitable for minors without adult supervision. Master bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. Bedroom #2 & #3 have their own half bathrooms with shared Jack and Jill shower. Additional half bathroom is located downstairs for guests. Every bedroom has Tempurpedic brand beds and the master has an remote controlled adjustable base . Only non tempurpedic bed is the sleeper sofa which is a springless foam sofa bed. In addition we offer a portable folding mattress. We can host up to 10 guests total. We offer streaming tv with Spectrum, we do NOT offer cable tv. *Please note, that this house SHARES outdoor amenities with a second unit. These amenities are: garage, laundry room, backyard, outdoor shower and beach access.* NO pets. NO smoking. NO events or parties. Quiet time after 9pm. We’re not responsible for items left behind. We will hold them for you but we will not send out mail. Guest access Garage, laundry room, backyard and beach access will be shared with other guests from one other unit. Property has a separate second unit. Other things to note NO events of any kind are allowed. Welcome to Florida, we are a tropical climate and along with its beauty comes some little creatures. We want you to be aware that to see a bug or a lizard from time to time is completely normal. We do have monthly pest control to keep unwanted creatures out of the house, however from time to time a lizard or bug may try to sneak inside. If you ever have an issue please let us know as we do our very best to make your stay comfortable.
