Centrally located off "The Loop," Knapp Manor offers a delightful retreat where guests can enjoy a relaxing private suite with a workstation, separate tv room, sunning on the patio, or taking in a movie in the theater room! Knapp Manor is in a peaceful subdivision close to all amenities. Three minutes to most restaurants, shops and a hop and skip over to town! The space Guests have the whole upper floor to spread out! A spacious bedroom, living room with eating area, and a fantastic theater room! All linens and towels are washed and sanitized after every guest with Free and Clear/Fabric Sanitizer, for sensitive skin. The mattress and all pillows have separate anti-microbial covers for our guest's safety. Shampoo and Conditioner is sulfate free. Snacks provided are peanut free. Guest access The covered patio area at the entrance to your space is for Airbnb guests. You can also use the patio with the tv! The fire pit and both grills (charcoal and gas) are also available for use! Please ask before using as we do have no-burn regulations when we are in a drought situation for the fire pit. During your stay We appreciate that you may want your privacy, but we are open to any requests via message. If you need anything and would like to chat in person, we are open to that as well! Other things to note Over 15 restaurants are three minutes away! It’s convenient to everything! Aldi and Wal Mart are close for groceries! Big Lots, Ulta, Ross, TJ Maxx and Tractor Supply are close!
