The space On the banks of the Saône and opposite Île Barbe, with a 31, 43 bus stop right in front (direct to the city center), the metro not far away or bike paths along the Saône to go to the center, come and stay in our charming family house carefully decorated and renovated by an architect (140 m2). It is an atypical house, built on 3 levels that offers unique spaces depending on the time of day and your activities: The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a home theater area, a living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace and garden. This living room also has access to a small covered terrace overlooking the courtyard. The large paved terrace of the garden is equipped with a BBQ and a plancha. We have a mini pool/Jacuzzi in this garden-terrace area to refresh you after your excursions The garden is very pleasant Part of it offers a shaded corner This house is our main residence, so our belongings are stored but present :) You will be welcome in our Lyon cocoon. Guest access The whole house, terraces and garden The stairs are not safe for small children. Other things to note Our house is in a very old area, like a small village. We therefore have houses adjoining ours and respect for the neighborhood is important. We have a cat that will be there during your stay but that only very rarely comes inside.
