Unique and child-friendly house 5 min from the swimming area

Beautiful architect-designed house a few hundred meters from public bathing area (Sarbuvollen). Shielded garden with pitch, barbecue and outdoor sofa (new in 2020) and cool areas under majestic alpine trees. The house is located in a very child-friendly area and in the garden there is a sandbox, trampoline and various toys. 10 min quiet walk to a great store (Meny Høvik), and 8-12 min to the bus stop or train station where you get to Oslo city center (National Theater) in about 16 min. The space The house is ideal for 2 adults + 2-4 children but can also accommodate e.g. 4 adults and 4 children if 2 people sleep on their own air mattress and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room (sofa is large enough for an adult or 2 small children and is great to sleep on :).
