Partial rental of the Château

Rental of part of a family castle in the heart of an estate (mini-golf, swimming pool, bicycles). Common spaces shared with other occupants. Dance music is not allowed. 8 bedrooms including 1 family room (5 people), 7 double rooms. 8 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room. Extra bed available in 5 bedrooms (€30, upon request). Additional accommodation at extra cost in annexes. Pool included (May-September). L'Orée du Spa (massages, treatments) at an additional cost, by appointment. The space Options and surcharges Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed for an additional charge of thirty euros per bed per stay. This option is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking, or, failing that, approved by the manager upon the tenant's arrival, subject to feasibility. Accommodation for up to 24 people with extra beds. Additional accommodation In the event that the number of people present exceeds the capacity of the package initially booked, it is possible to book additional rooms located in the annexes of the property, subject to availability. These rooms are offered in three categories: the Comfort room at a cost of 119 euros, the Comfort Plus room at a cost of 159 euros, and the Grand Comfort Plus room at a cost of 219 euros. Any additional person not included in the initial plan must be declared in advance in order to allow the organization of this additional accommodation in good conditions. Guest access To contact us, you can write to us at the address through Airbnb, or we will give you our phone number upon your arrival. You will find a doorbell at the reception. Opening hours are from 3 pm to 8 pm. We remain at your disposal for any questions before, during or after your stay at Domaine de Moresville. Other things to note Security deposit A deposit is required for any rental, intended to cover any damage found in the rented premises. For the castle package, the amount of this deposit is set at one thousand euros. For the gîte package, it is set at five hundred euros. This deposit is to be paid before the tenant's check-in, according to the terms that will be communicated to them upon booking confirmation. An inventory is carried out upon the renter's check-in and check-out. In the absence of any damage found, the deposit will be fully refunded within seven days of departure. In the event of damage, loss, or breach of the internal rules, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld up to the amount of the damage observed, upon presentation of the corresponding supporting documents.
