Ground floor villa of 165 m² with terrace of 50 m²

As part of our work trips, we had the opportunity to discover Guyana and wanted to settle there. We have furnished the ground floor of the villa with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Whether it is a business trip or a family trip, you can enjoy our terrace of 50m², its hammocks, its different lounge areas, and of course the swimming pool. 4 beds with 1 master suite and 1 bedroom Other things to note It is not possible to receive more than 2 guests and they will not be able to sleep in the house. It is not allowed to bring people outside of those who booked their stay, in the garden or pool. It is forbidden to organize any parties or events in the house, such as in the garden or the swimming pool. Organizing a barbecue in the garden is not allowed. The glass near the pool is prohibited. Animals are not allowed.
