The shower pressure is good, you always have enough hot water & you won’t find any single-ply toilet paper here! We also added a mini split for AC in the summer. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole apartment. **please note - in the event of a snow storm you may need to park in the covered parking garage (Pickering Sq Garage) located 1.5 blocks away. This is a rare occurrence and is due to parking ban for street snow removal. We will keep all gusts updated on any street parking ban - you will get towed during one of parked on the street! Other things to note A few important things to know about our apartment: 1. It is on the street level on Main St in a small city, so you may hear the noises that go with the hustle & bustle of a city. 2. There are stairs that lead up to the bedroom & down to the bathroom. 3. No AirBnB Services are allowed at this property without prior written approval from the hosts (Jenny or Ryan)
