Peaceful Ranch House on 5 acres

Welcome to Velvet Mountain Ranch! We are located down an accessible dirt road in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the Talking Rock Country Club. The house sits on 5 fully fenced acres and boasts views of the surrounding mountains. There is a short hike accessible just up the road from the ranch to some Native American ruins and stunning views of the valley. The space The ranch house is 2300 sqft of southwestern flare with lots of natural light. There are four bedrooms: the master boasts a walk in shower, private entrance, pellet stove, amazing views of Talking Rock and a custom king bed frame. The main guest room is a queen bed with large closet, the office features a standing desk and built in desk along with a queen sized Murphy bed and the final bedroom is a trundle bed that can be made into a king bed. The 5 acres includes 2 fire pits, a geodesic dome, a hillside bench perfect for stargazing, and outdoor picnic table on the patio and all kinds of wildlife including deer, foxes and our resident horny road. Guest access Entire House and 5 acres. We have a barn but it will not be accessible to guests. Other things to note Wifi - Wifi is provided via a cell carrier mobile hot spot and is limited to 100G per month. We have good coverage for T Mobile and Verizon. Trash - We do not currently have a trash service. We accumulate trash and recycling in bins (in a dumpster) and haul it to the local dump. Recycle is free and trash is $13. Guest are welcome to do the same or facilitate their own service contract as desired.
