The space This inviting property, set over two floors, is elegantly furnished and has a spacious feel with a separate lounge and dining room, both of which feature cosy wood burners. The lounge is a lovely social space, with plenty of comfortable seating to help you unwind at the end of a day of adventure and a Smart TV to watch your favourite films. Doors from the lounge lead to the back garden. The contemporary kitchen makes meal preparation a dream. A wet room completes the features on the ground floor. There is a shower room and three bedrooms on the first floor - one king-size room with an en-suite shower room, one twin room, and a single room. Outside is an enclosed garden, so it is safe for children to play, with a summer house and garden furniture. This is a peaceful private space to enjoy dining alfresco in fine weather. If you are interested in local history, visit the nearby Witchcraft Museum (1 mile) or explore the rugged coastline on the way to Merlin’s Cave (4 miles). St Nectan’s Glen (2.5 miles) offers walkers an easily accessible mile long walk to view the wonderful waterfalls. One of the best family beaches is found at Bude. Summerleaze Beach (16 miles) is popular with families and surfers, so take your buckets and spades and enjoy a great family day out.
