Sweet-Private-Lake Front Cottage

The "Bluebird Cottage" is on a little piece of Lake Front paradise in a residential neighborhood. The space Welcome to the "Bluebird Cottage" located on Hamlin Lake with picturesque views of Hamlin Lake and amazing sunsets. Bluebird Cottage offers one bedroom (queen bed) along with the new addition of the "Birds Nest" which is a seperate sleeping quarters with a queen bed and views of the the lake. Our property offers 75' of private lake frontage. We request up to 4 adults but prefer 2 adults and 2 children. The cottage is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, bath/beach towels and bedding . We offer a Weber gas grill, fire pit with firewood, lounge chairs and a patio table for outdoor dining, WIFI and YouTubeTV. We now have Central Air in the Bluebird and also A/C in the Birds Nest to make those warm nights more comfortable. This is the perfect cottage for a couples getaway or a small family to enjoy some quiet time, relax around the bonfire and enjoy the lake. We do allow one small dog. A dog agreement must be signed, $20.00 per day non-refundable fee with a $150.00 refundable deposit. All fees must be paid prior to arrival. The dog must be pre-approved prior to arrival. This home does not have a washer/dryer. We do provide plenty of towels for your stay. If towels need to be laundered, arrangements can be made. We are approximately 5 miles from downtown Ludington and the State Park. Guest access Guests have the whole proprty to themselves.
