The space Our property features six eco-modern tiny cabins, tucked in a quiet forest just a short walk from Sandy Point Beach. Each blends the charm of camping with hotel-like comforts for a true Maine glamping experience. Other things to note Water Use • Property runs on a well system — please keep showers short to conserve water. Kitchenette • No full kitchen, but each cabin has a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Dining • Our guidebook features top restaurants in Midcoast and Downeast Maine. We’re happy to share personal recommendations. Nature Setting • Cabins are surrounded by forest, so insects may occasionally enter despite pest control. • Please keep doors/windows closed to minimize this. Pet Policy • Pets welcome; one-time fee $125. • Pets must not be left unattended or on furniture. • Evidence of pets on beds, chairs, or couches will result in a minimum $250 fine. • Pets should be well-behaved to avoid disturbing other guests.
