Directly beach front, this beautiful family friendly 3 bedroom and one bathroom house is in the perfect location! Located 2 miles to Port Canaveral, 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Central AC. The space The beach house is one story and directly beach front. The house has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom. The property is shared with another Airbnb we own but separate areas are designated for privacy. The deck closest to the beach is designated for this space. The other guests do not have access to the beach on this side of the house. Please be advised that the dunes are protected by the city of Cape Canaveral but you are allowed to walk through them for beach access. However, you are not allowed to cut them or interfere so walk through at your own discretion. Other things to note Hurricane season is June 1st and will end on November 30th. Turtle season is from May 1st through October 31st. The dunes are protected by the city and you may enter the beach through the path at your own risk.
