Olathe 3 BD/1.5 BTH w/basement. Great for Families

My place is 30 minutes from Kansas City, a mile from I-35, walking distance to Garmin, and close to numerous family-friendly activities, restaurants and parks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families w/ kids. We are teachers who love to travel during our time off in the summer. This is our home where we live with 2 kids and our dog. It’s perfect for those traveling looking for a home away from home. The space Our house is located in Olathe, KS, which is a short drive to Kansas City, Lawrence, and Topeka. We are walking distance to Garmin and under a mile away from 1-35 so you can jump on the highway and go where you'd like. We are 15 minutes or less from the major soccer/baseball parks in the area. You’ll have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have beds. (1 is a toddler bed but we do have air mattresses) 1 bedroom is our daughter ‘s room and features a twin bed. The other is our son’s and has the toddler bed mentioned above. Our basement features a bedroom that has a queen bed and a living room area that features a huge couch bed that could sleep 2 or more comfortably. Our house used to be a daycare so one bedroom is full of toys and is currently being used as a playroom. We can keep that as is our change it for your stay. This is our home, we live here when we aren’t traveling during the summer. If you family is in town for club sports or a simple getaway, this is perfect. We have plenty of things to keep kids happy. We have a standard kitchen with a stove, microwave, and we will clear some fridge Space for you. We have a big backyard. We do have a dog so if you are allergic, that could be an issue. (Don't worry, he won’t be there) Basically, if you communicate your needs, we will do our best to meet them. Please don’t hesitate to contact with any questions. We use to host for years before our second child arrived and are getting back into it now that he is older. Guest access You will have access to our entire house with the exception of the master bedroom and our garage which will be locked. You will have a driveway to park in and street parking if need be.
