Relax with the whole family at this peaceful one floor, four season cozy cottage! Which offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, dining area, comfy living space, laundry, central air & a quiet front yard to enjoy with friends & family by the fire. We have a small office-space with access to wifi. There is a 55” smart TV in the living room along with TONS of puzzles & games. Located within minutes to beautiful sandy beaches & parks our cottage has entertainment for everyone. The space -Bedroom One- Queen Bed -Bedroom Two- Two double mattresses ( trundle bed ) -Bedroom Three- Queen Bed -1 full bath (Tub/Shower) -1 half bath - Toilet/Sink ( located off the bedroom with the trundle bed ) - Living room with two couches and TV -Dining room seated for 6 - high chair available at request. -Full size kitchen ( pots , pans, dishes, utensils , dishwasher ) -Washer/Dryer located in closet off dining space. Guest access Entire cottage for you to enjoy Other things to note THINGS TO KNOW/PACKING TIPS- Food Beverages Personal Toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth paste etc.) Medication Bug Repellent Children’s necessities-high chair provided-upon request Beach towels/chairs/beach toys/Sunscreen/Life jackets Fire wood- available for purchase along Lakeshore road entering Port Franks. -Hose with access to hot and cold water located at rear of cottage - behind bathroom window. For rinsing sand after long days at the beach. ( available for use May-Oct ) -Clothes drying rack located with laundry ( indoor/outdoor use) -All beds are dressed with sheets a light blanket and two pillows. -Port Franks Sandy Private Beach- 5 min drive or 30 min walk ( FREE parking available). **Two beach locations within Port Franks check binder for directions/details. - Community Center- 10 min walk / 3 min drive ( FREE parking available) Skate park, Playground, Swings, Basketball net, Tennis court, Hiking trails, Library. -Must log into own streaming accounts. Smart TV located in living room & trundle bed room -Please note this is cottage country to avoid bugs entering the cottage at night- Please keep the outdoor light off near the door you’ll be using the most.
