Chic and spacious nest between Maribor and Celje

Digital nomads, couples, friends, solo travellers – welcome! If you are a family with 1 child, your kiddo stays for free. Stay in our new, modern open-space mini suite (no kitchen) – a comfortable base, tucked away from the crowds. Grab a coffee or a glass of local wine and relax on the terrace, surrounded by trees, birds, and the sound of the stream below. After a good night’s sleep under a starry sky, head out refreshed, you will thank me later :). Simple, cozy, and ready when you are. The space Our house is in a beautiful natural setting, close to shops, coffee shops, and restaurants but away from the crowds. Your Space: - Private bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom on the second floor. - Spacious 45 sqm room with high ceilings, divided into a bedroom, study, and sitting area. - Walk-in wardrobe with hangers and shelves (some personal items stored here). - Bathroom with ample storage and a shower. - Balcony with two chairs. - Small bar with a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee cups, and wine glasses (not a kitchen, no cooking) Clean, quality bed linen and towels are provided. Nature Experience: - Lots of birds, butterflies, cool lizards, and even deer to watch and photograph. - Walk to shops in about 20 minutes or hike around the village. - Often hear the stream in the mornings and evenings, and nature's activity after rain. Important Notes: - Light winds can bring small pieces of flowers, leaves, and dust into the room, which may affect those with allergies. We try hard to avoid this thought, but sometimes the nature wins. - If you are allergic to pets, pollen, or insects, our property might not be the best match for you. This room has underfloor heating for winter and good insulation, so no additional cooling is needed in summer. We hope you enjoy your stay immersed in nature! Guest access You'll be using the main entrance, shared by us and other guests. To reach your first-floor room, you'll pass through the ground floor. Please note that you'll need to climb stairs to get to the elevated ground floor and then to your suite. If stairs are a challenge, please consider this. We also have a Swiss Shepherd dog named Dante who lives with us on the ground floor. You might encounter him as he roams with us. If you have allergies to dog hair, are afraid of dogs, or simply don't like them, our place might not be the best fit for you. Other things to note We collect all IDs upon guest's arrival to officially registering guests, and collect a tourist tax in cash (2 eur/person/day). Smoking and vaping are NOT ALLOWED on the premises. Ask for an ashtray, if you wish to smoke on the terrace. NO DRUGS ARE ALLOWED on the premise, inside nor outside. STARLINK INSIDE: Finally, Wifi is over 300 mbps, which means it's best standard of wifi you can find nowadays. Digital nomads will appreciate it 🛜 Your suite is located in nature, outside the settlement, but the nearest shop, cafe, health center, pharmacy, gas station and post office (therefore, civilization) is a kilometer away. You have a sweet coffee / tea / wine / snack station with the small refrigerator available, but there is not cooking in this suit, so no kitchen. Tap water is drinkable. Mushrooms from nature - not so much.
