Cozy All-Season Family Cottage

Rental Licence Number: STRTT-2026-074 Welcome to our Cozy Cottage in Balm Beach, just a short 4 minute walk to the sandy beaches of Georgian Bay. Recently renovated for a family friendly getaway, the cottage has 3 bedrooms, a study, washer, dryer, gas BBQ and fire pit. Due to the local township rental guidelines, there is a 5 night minimum from April 15 through October 15. Check in from 3pm and check out at 11am. If you have any questions we’ll be happy to help! The space - cottage nestled in the heart of the Balm Beach community - Deck off the front of the cottage, as well as a larger deck with outdoor picnic table, and bonfire pit with Muskoka chairs - Gas BBQ - Fresh water well on property (tap water is completely drinkable) - Ample parking available (3 in driveway, a township parking pass is available inside the cottage for renters to utilize) - New furnace, AC, kitchen, washroom, flooring, windows, completely refinished - TV with Chromecast & Blueray DVD player - Wifi - Washing machine and dryer *Please bring your own sheets for the beds you plan on using (fitted, top sheet and pillowcases) Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage on the property. We ask that you leave the cottage as you found it, neat and tidy and clean for the next people to enjoy their stay. Other things to note Our cottage is nestled in a beautiful community where people live year round. We are asking for guests to please respect our neighbors and to consider noise levels late at night. This is a FAMILY cottage and we would respectfully like it to be treated as such:) This cottage is not for any sort of partying or large gatherings. Snowmobilers and ice fisherman, we welcome you too, as our cottage has a newly installed furnace, making it a 4 season getaway. We have the best available wifi in the area however on occasion due to the rural location it can cutout for short periods of time. We have made every effort to ensure it is operational 24/7, but cannot guarantee it. Please absolutely NO smoking and NO pets in the cottage or the bunkie. Registration Details STRTT-2026-074
