Do not move furniture or patio furniture. Gate fob to be left in the unit prior to check out. If this is not returned, a fee of $150 will apply. Prior to check out, please gather any garbage and recycling and place in cans beside the garage. Prior to check out, start a load of towels in the washing machine.
