Located near to Albufeira Old Town with its range of restaurants, bars, cafes and great nightlife. Only a short stroll to Marina Albufeira with various shops and services. There are some famous beaches nearby - Baleeira Beach, Risco Beach and amazing Peneco beach. The space The apartment consists of a large hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with direct access to the balcony overlooking the gardens. The apartment also features a bedroom with 2 single beds and with built-in wardrobes. There is a specious family bathroom. The apartment equipped with air conditioning/heating and wi-fi. This apartments is an ideal solution for a couple or for a family with children. Guest access The condominium benefits from a communal swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained gardens with established plants and trees, a snack bar, a garage in the basement where it has a private parking space. Other things to note Important Information! → Complimentary basic items including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, rubbish bags and toilet paper provided for guests arrival on a welcome basis only. Replacements or re-fills are not provided. → I will also provide some basic supplies in the kitchen to get the guests stay started - washing up liquid, coffee capsules, tea bags, etc. and some cooking essentials - salt, sugar, etc. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning can be requested for extra fee and must be done at least 48 hours in advance. → Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check out must be done until 11:00h (11am). Please never leave the keys inside lock or place them in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys or lock, a penalty fee of 50€ will be applied.
