The Tipsy Turtle is a 3 unit property located within easy access to the beach. You will be renting the end studio unit A complete with a private deck. 5 minute walk to the beach. An easy walk to awful Arthur’s restaurant and beach shop the Jolly Roger restaurant and Avalon fishing pier. Minimum age requirement of 24 to rent this property. The space This super cute renovated studio sleeps 3 to 4 people comfortably. There is a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Guest access The cover Photo is the entrance and private deck that is not shared with the other units. Other things to note This is a Pet Friendly property. We allow up to 2 dogs. Sorry no cats. The pet fee is $150. When making the reservation, please include your pet in the reservation and pay the pet fee. The studio is small but mighty. There is a small stove, small refrigerator, microwave, full-size dishwasher and full-size washer and dryer. The space does not have central air conditioning but is heated and cooled by a mini split operated by remote. It usually takes only 5 to 10 minutes to completely heat or cool. Plus, there are two ceiling fans. There is a large TV and Wi-Fi. The closest beach accesses are 5th street and Avalon Pier
