Guest access The entire apartment is accessible for guests. ✦ We have connected outdoor bulbs that automatically turn on at nightfall, ensuring secure access for your guests, whether they are accessing their front door or stairs. We appreciate your cooperation and the use of the blackout curtains available to you for your comfort. ✦ An electronic lock will give you access to the home. Other things to note There are also two folding chairs to share a 6-fold meal on the dining table. We use thin microfiber towels, a more ecological choice to reduce our environmental impact, while offering optimal comfort. Please note that, as everywhere in Montreal, our charming old building may be subject to some road traffic noise and deaf noises from neighboring apartments. For those who are more sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs. *PARKING* The private outdoor parking space can accommodate vehicles up to the size of a small SUV. Due to limited space and in order to avoid damage to the property, larger vehicles — such as trucks and Suburbans — must be parked on the street. There is free parking on the street, near the building. Be sure to read the parking restriction signs when you park your car wherever you go in town. *AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT* The apartment is equipped with a high capacity air conditioning system covering the common areas – living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways – which ensures a pleasant temperature on hot days. For better air circulation throughout the accommodation, we recommend that you leave the bedroom doors open and/or use the fan (ceiling or standing) available in each room. *WORK IN ONE OF THE BUILDING 'S HOMES * From January 5 to 30, 2026, work will be carried out in one of the apartments adjacent to your home. We're redoing a bathroom here. You might hear building noises during the day during this time. If it's inconvenient for you, earplugs are available in the listing. *SNOW REMOVAL* In winter, please note that our snow removal companies wait for an accumulation of 5 cm of snow before sending their teams to clear the parking lot and the road. Please make sure this allows you to move a stroller or walk in light snow. Please note that the stairs are located inside the building.
