The space There are 3 bedrooms, a master suite (bedroom and bathroom) and 2 children bedrooms with a dedicated bathroom in the middle. The kid rooms are best suited for kids or teenagers because of the decoration and beds (regular single size beds with a light structure). If you come with kids, they will love the beds accessible through ladders and all the toys they can enjoy. If you have a baby making up a family of 5, it is not a problem, please just let me know, I can lend you a crib. The dedicated work space is in one of the kid's room, it is suitable for an adult and very comfortable. You can also set up a small table in the master bedroom (not a dedicated office table) if you prefer to work from there. The flat has 2 entrances. The main entrance is accessible through an old beautiful staircase. There is a back entrance to the kitchen with a small elevator, convenient go get bags, luggage, groceries and people (if you want) up and down to the 3rd floor. The flat is cool with an east/west exposure. You can open windows from both sides and if it gets hot, you can sleep with open windows upon the garden as it is extremely quiet. There is a metro entrance/exit for the RER B line (station Luxembourg) right down the house, convenient for a direct connection to CDG airport. Guest access The entire flat is accessible.
