Located along the infamous 30a! This light and airy 1/1 condo is perfectly nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach. It's a short 5 minute walk or free tram ride to the deeded beach access where you will be greeted by the beautiful emerald waters of the Florida Panhandle. The condo sits beside the complex's two pools, hot tub and grilling area. Conveniently located on the property are a variety of shops, restaurants, bike rentals and seasonal activities including live music and fire pits. The space This newly furnished one bedroom condo with built in bunk beds is the perfect space to relax in after a day spent on the beach, strolling through the shops or peddling the 30a bike path! The kitchen has seating for four around the spacious peninsula and comes equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave and a brand new oven/range perfect for cooking a meal. In the kitchen you will also find a variety of small cooking appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and a blender. The well-lit bathroom features a shower with a bathtub and comes well stocked with a blow dryer, towels, hand towels and washcloths. The bedroom has a nice and cozy feel with fresh new linens and ambient sconce lighting. The condo comes with starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Guest access As a guest you will have access to both pools on the property including the newly renovated zero-entry pool that is great for small children. Also within the pool area is a hot tub and two Weber propone grills for guests to enjoy as well. Guests will have access to the private beach. The beach access is a 5 minute walk from the condo. The seasonal beach tram is complimentary and runs from March-October from 9am-5pm daily. The tram departs from the designated area located next to the pool every 20 minutes. Guests have full access to all shops, restaurants and entertainment within the complex. Seacrest Sundries Market is located in the front of the complex that carries a full line of groceries for your convenience. Credit card operated washer and dryer machines are located on the first floor of the condo for guests to wash any items during their stay. Guests have plenty of parking access in the front and back of the building. Other things to note We ask that you please be respectful of all other guests and owners in the complex. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No pets or smoking allowed in the condo or any of the common areas.
