You will be near FWY 101/ Pinnacles National Park/ 30 mins to Salinas/ 55 mins to Monterey Peninsula/ 1 hour to Paso Robles🌈 The space This is a full home including private backyard. Full size appliances in kitchen. Entertainment room. Smart tv, WiFi (standard speeds). Central AC/Heating system. *Please note..Do Not leave air conditioning or heating ON when not in home. And switch OFF for check-out* Contactless entry via door lock code. (We may provide entry code up to 2 hours before allotted check-in time, to ensure quality of unit prior to your check in.) Parking for 2 vehicles starting on far left-side of driveway. Nearby Arco gas station, fast food chains TESLA charging station, Starbucks, local grocery stores. We may recommend dining at La Plaza Bakery, Tacos Grullense, or La Fogata. Kindly note: Noises, I.e. barking dogs or parties in the neighborhood, NEVER originate from our property and are entirely out of our control. We understand it may be an inconvenience and apologize ahead of time, thank you for understanding. There is nothing we can do in good faith in the event of unexpected street noises around the neighborhood, please do not blame us🙂 Guest access There is a back-house notably seen from the backyard that you will not have access to. The entire backyard is for your reservation and not shared with the back-house, due to fence. Other things to note Central AC/Heating unit control is in hallway outside bathroom. Please do not leave cold air or heat operating while not inside home.
