Bright apartment in the village centre, WiFi

The bright and modernly equipped holiday apartment is located in a historic house in the center of Krimml. From the windows and balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor, you have magnificent views of the surrounding Alpine panorama. The Zillertalarena ski area can be reached by car or ski bus in about 10 minutes. Right next to the house is an outdoor swimming pool, a mini golf course, a beach volleyball court and two tennis courts. The space The apartment was renovated in 2021 and has an open design (ceiling height 280 cm) with open kitchen and adjoining living-dining area. Light oak parquet flooring is installed throughout the living area. The bright oak doors as well as the dining table and bench are fine carpentry. The infrared walls in the living and sleeping area offer a pleasant radiant heat. The approx. 5 sqm balcony is oriented to the east (sunrise!) and has outdoor sockets. In the living room, the sofa bed becomes a comfortable double bed with a huge lying area of 180 x 200 cm. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a lying area of 140 x 200 cm. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer and a counter. A coffee machine (Senseo), a kettle, a toaster and many other useful equipment are available for our guests. There is a dining area with an oak table, an oak bench with cushions and comfortable chairs. A high-quality sofa with coffee table is available for relaxing, watching TV or Netflix. For pleasant viewing and listening enjoyment, a swivel TV screen (43 inches) with TV and streaming function is available as well as a sound bar (BT) and free Wi-Fi (DSL). The tiled bathroom offers a large 90 cm shower with rain shower function, a modern toilet (soft close, rimless) and a towel radiator. Note: A registration form must be filled out on site, which includes a guest card. For overnight stays in Krimml, the local tax applies: €2.05 per night per person (children up to the age of 15 free). Please receive the completed registration form and the local tax to our local apartment manager. A coin-operated washing machine and a coin dryer on the floor can be used. In the basement there is the ski cellar as well as a multipurpose room with football foosball and storage facilities for bicycles. Parking is available on site. Other things to note In summer you can use the outdoor swimming pool, the mini-golf course and the tennis courts at the house (entrance fee, usage fees). A bank and shopping facilities for bakery and groceries are located 50 m away directly opposite (SEKO-Center). Ski rental and sale (winter) and e-bike rental (summer) as well as specialist shops for shoes, sports and skis are within walking distance, as well as the tourist information and various restaurants. A sauna visit can be booked at the Hotel zur Post. The spectacular Krimml waterfalls are within easy walking distance (about 20 min). They are definitely worth seeing, in summer as well as in winter. Other leisure facilities are also nearby, e.g. the water wonderland directly in Krimml, the Kristallbad in Wald, the National Park Center in Mittersill. Other attractions can be found in the tourist information centre next door. In winter, ski buses take guests to the ski areas in Hochkrimml and Königsleiten. A narrow-gauge railway from / to Vorderkrimml station (currently replacement rail traffic from / to Krimml centre) offers a transport connection to Neukirchen or Zell am See.
