Guest details will be submitted to the building administration as part of the mandatory registration process. 🔐 Security Deposit (Access Card Policy) Due to multiple unreturned or missing access cards, the building administration charges us ₱3,000 per replacement card. If a card is not surrendered at checkout, we are billed directly by property management and must pay for a new card before issuing one to the next guest. For this reason, we now collect a ₱3,000 refundable security deposit upon check-in. • The full amount will be refunded at checkout once the access card is returned and the unit is cleared. • If the access card is lost or not returned, the deposit will be used to cover the replacement cost.
