FarmView, a Farm house with a modern flair.

Take a trip down the road less traveled and enjoy a stay at FarmView. This farmhouse is updated with modern decor and amenities and is centrally located between Mohican State Park, and Amish country. It is just 2 miles away from the Rails to Trails bike path. On the property you can enjoy cooking, relaxing on the porch or outdoor patio, yard games, basketball at the barn hoop, or a relaxing walk. Then plan for a great night's rest in the peaceful quiet. The space There are stairs to the second floor. The Upstairs- Bedroom 2, the Green Owl room has a King size bed and an attached bath. The bath has a double sink with a tub shower. There is a dresser and a closet laundry with full size washer and dryer in this room. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with a large closet and built in dresser. Bedroom 3, the Butterfly room is a loft style open room. It offers a double Antique bed. It has a footboard, so not great for someone tall. It has a small dresser. There is a lot of open floor space in this room. Downstairs The Living room has a Sofa with a pullout Queen bed and 2 chairs. A Television with Basic TV channels, a DVD player with an assortment of 50 plus movies that are mostly kid friendly. Next is a fun dining area that seats 8. Great for spending time together eating in and game night. The Kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking and plenty of plates and utensils. There is a Single serve Keurig and a coffee pot. We provide some assorted k-cups, ground coffee and creamer for your convenience, but bring along your favorites. A microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. We also have an air fryer, toaster oven, mini blender, toaster. There is an icemaker in the freezer. There is a small office that has a closet for hanging and shelves. There are some games and books in along with brochures from the area and a phone charging cord. The downstairs bath is an easy walk-in shower, single sink and lots of cabinet space. The Breezeway is an enclosed porch between the garage and kitchen. It has a small Smart TV and seating. You can exit the Breezeway to the brick patio that has additional seating. On the patio there is a gas grill with grilling utensils. The yard space is yours to use. Garage is a great place to store your bikes etc. We will also have it stocked with extra chairs, balls and corn hole boards. Guest access Access to the entire house with the exception of the basement and one closet upstairs. Other things to note You are welcome to bring children, but the house is not child proofed so children should be watched carefully.
