Room and private BA inside an inhabited house. The kitchen is shared. The BA includes 1 towel at an additional cost if lost. Basic accommodation, no additional amenities are included. *STREET PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE* -PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOM - NO ONE FROM OUTSIDE THE RESERVATION IS ALLOWED The key is handed over between 4 PM and 10 PM. 1 km from the Centro de La Piedad and the bus terminal. Invoices are available. The space The room is very spacious, it has two double beds. If you like to use the kitchen, you must clean and put away what you use. You can use an electric grill for cooking. The main stove is not connected to the gas so it is not in operation. You can park in front of the house on the street. The owners live in the house and rent a total of two rooms. Additional amenities are not included. Please bring the products you need. Consider that the street can be noisy, and the room faces the street. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen and roof terrace in case you like to wash in the sink with your own soap and softener. DOES NOT INCLUDE USE OF WASHING MACHINE. The kitchen is shared. You can use the refrigerator, microwave, electric grill, and plates or glasses as long as you clean up after yourself. The kitchen does not include cleaning, everyone cleans what they use and what they dirty. During your stay The house is inhabited, the owners are an elderly couple and a total of two rooms are rented. Other things to note To access the room you have to climb stairs. Parking is on the street, not private or covered. Please check the distance between our property and your destination before leaving a bad review that it was far away.
