Simplify your life in this peaceful of 18th century studio (34 m²), located in a pedestrian street. You will discover the historic city center on foot. Restaurants, shops, chocolatiers, gastronomic city, train station, public transport, everything is at your fingertips. By car, you will criss-cross the route of the Grands Crus (Romanée-Conti, Montrachet...). By train, you will go to Beaune in 20 minutes for tastings in great wine houses and visit the hospices of Beaune. No wifi in the flat. The space On arrival you will find our "welcome pack" which includes a bath towel for each traveller, shower gel, a bag of organic tea per person, a roll of toilet paper, washing-up liquid, tea towel, a bin bag and tourist information. You will also find some basic products that we leave at the disposal of our travellers. Guest access Located in a backyard, the studio on the 1st floor without lift, is quiet but very well located, in the heart of the city centre, in a pedestrian street. From the train station, you can reach the studio on foot in just 12 minutes. If you arrive by car, you can park in the Saint Anne underground car park, located 3 minutes' walk from the studio.
